Students' Union

The ESTP engineering degree student association “BLOC ETP” is very active.

Around fifty clubs that are entirely run by the students propose a variety of cultural, sporting and leisure activities: horse-riding, sailing, rugby, climbing, theatre, dance, music, photography, study trips, voluntary service (construction projects in developing countries, teaching to prisoners and underprivileged children etc., …).

A certain number of Bloc ETP’s activities serve to strengthen the links between students and the profession:

  •  The “Junior Enterprise” GER/BTP (research and study group for the civil engineering and building industries) which carries out a variety of professional activities for different companies.
  •  The annual construction fair, “Forum ETP”, an important annual meeting for students and more than one hundred firms.
  •  Professional one-day seminars “Journées BLOC” where companies present their activities and offer site visits to the students.

Similarly, an “integration seminar”, organised by the students and supervised by the ESTP management allows the first year students to come into contact with the professional world of the construction industry from the first day.
