A highly sought-after dual skill set in architecture and construction

The Bachelor in Architecture and Construction was designed to address the growing complexity of construction projects, driven by evolving standards, societal expectations, and environmental challenges.

The program's ambitions

Co-developed by ESTP and ESA, this innovative programme combines expertise in engineering and architecture. It aims to train versatile intermediate-level professionals capable of managing construction projects from design through to execution, while supporting the major transitions shaping the sector.

The program's structure

The programme is built around a multidisciplinary core curriculum: engineering sciences, architecture, urban planning, regulations, sustainable design, and digital tools. It combines theoretical input, practical work, supervised projects, and professional simulations. The programme is structured around guided projects, cross-disciplinary workshops, and internships. Students progressively develop their autonomy through personalised support, culminating in a final-year project. The alternation between theory and practice strengthens the anchoring of skills in real-world contexts.

Certification/assessment methods

Degree validation is based on active project-based learning and continuous skills assessment. Each module includes real or simulated professional scenarios. Two company internships complete the programme, with a written report and an oral defence before a jury. The final-year project enables students to mobilise all acquired competencies around a concrete issue. Assessments include written, oral, and practical examinations. This guarantees the acquisition of expected competencies at different levels of responsibility.

International opportunities

Students must complete an academic exchange at the end of Year 2, lasting a minimum of five weeks, or complete one of their two internships abroad.

Funding and everyday life

Because funding should never be a barrier to ambition, ESTP offers personalized support and a wide range of solutions accessible to all profiles. Scholarships for academic excellence, assistance from the ESTP Foundation, public programs (CROUS, Erasmus+), partnerships with companies or banks, paid internships, work-study programs, assignments through the Junior Enterprise… everything is done to enable everyone to build their career path with confidence. Our goal: to give you the means to move forward with peace of mind, from the first day of your training to your entry into the workforce.

Their testimonials

Antoine CAILLER
Class of 2025

The welcome and integration at ESTP Troyes were very smooth. Student life is vibrant, and the different programmes and cohorts mix to form a real campus family. Choosing this bachelor’s programme allowed me to develop a dual skill set. The theoretical engineering courses are complemented by concrete architectural projects

Audrey ASSERIN
Class of 2025

The Bachelor in Architecture and Construction is a comprehensive programme that is human, cultural, and technical, while remaining closely connected to contemporary challenges. These three years marked a real personal and professional progression for me: I joined still hesitating between architecture and engineering, I gradually built my path, and I graduated fulfilled, with strong foundations in the construction and architecture sectors. This programme naturally led me to the Engineer–Architect dual degree at ESTP Cachan, a logical continuation that now allows me to explore new horizons and fully integrate into a professional world that suits me.
