The Bachelor in Civil Engineering and Public Works trains professionals over three years who are capable of contributing to the construction, renovation, and maintenance of structures and infrastructure. Thanks to a strong technical foundation and full immersion through an apprenticeship contract, students become operational very quickly.
The Bachelor in Civil Engineering and Public Works aims to train technicians and future operational managers capable of intervening at all stages of a construction project. Through an approach combining engineering sciences, materials knowledge, construction techniques, and project management, students acquire a comprehensive understanding of infrastructure and development worksites. The apprenticeship format firmly anchors these skills in real-world conditions, exposing students to issues related to safety, quality, planning, and team coordination. The programme also develops the ability to analyse needs, optimise technical solutions, and integrate environmental and regulatory dimensions specific to modern civil engineering.
The programme spans three years. The first year establishes the fundamentals of civil engineering: materials, structures, topography, drawing interpretation, and an introduction to digital tools (BIM, CAD). From Year 2 onwards, students enter an apprenticeship pathway, gaining professional experience while deepening their technical skills in areas such as structural design, construction methods, site management, road infrastructure, and civil engineering structures. The third year strengthens on-site autonomy, technical analysis, and active participation in company-led projects. This school–company rhythm ensures graduates are fully operational upon completion of the programme.
