Ensuring the successful delivery of construction works on site

The Technological Bachelor in Site Management trains professionals over three years to supervise construction sites, coordinate teams, and manage schedules, costs, quality, and safety. Positioned at the interface between design and execution, graduates act as true on-site project conductors.

The program's ambitions

The ESTP Site Management programme is the School’s historic training track. It prepares future managers to oversee construction operations in both the building and public works sectors, while developing strong awareness of human resources management, health and safety, quality control, and environmental issues.

The program's structure

The Bachelor in Site Management is a three-year programme combining technical education, professional immersion, and progressive specialisation.

Year 1 provides core foundations in civil engineering, architecture, topography, and digital modelling (CAD, BIM), complemented by a minimum five-week on-site internship.

Year 2 introduces a work-study format combining academic training and professional experience. Students deepen their knowledge of construction techniques and are awarded an intermediate Bac +2 qualification.

Year 3 allows students to specialise in either Building Construction or Public Works. They strengthen their on-site expertise and further develop skills in coordination, communication, and team management.

The program's advantages

Train in site management through a comprehensive, practice-oriented bachelor’s programme

Their testimonials

Eliott Dagron
Class of 2025

I started the Site Management programme without really knowing what the role involved on a construction site. I was a good student, but I did not want to follow the traditional academic path; I wanted to forge my own way. Today, if I have one regret, it is having doubted this programme. Through my journey at ESTP, I have experienced and continue to experience rich learning both professionally and personally. I am proud to have spent these two years alongside my classmates, lecturers, and the ESTP staff.
