The Real-estate and Facility Management Specialised Master’s degree (MS MIS) is an RICS-accredited course. With support from its corporate network, the MS MIS trains pioneer experts in these high-stakes professions. In France, these professions are rapidly developing, both among contractors and service providers, in the public and private sector. This programme provides the theoretical and practical knowledge to master these new trades.

The professions in these four fields (Asset, Property, Facility and Project management) are interrelated. To connect these fields, professions and support functions, lecturers use a Property Master Plan to highlight the links between these fields and professions.

Practical focus 

  • One-year, full-time MIS course (6 months of classes and 6 months of work experience)

  • 600 hours of training
