Real-estate operation developer

Real-estate operation developer

STAKES

During project management, the real-estate operation developer coordinates the various phases of a project and feasibility studies through to acceptance.

In order to properly complete its projects, it is essential that he/she is able to secure each of these phases: choice of suitable urban planning process, financial arrangements and real-estate development... But he/she must also fully take on their project management role on a site thanks to in-depth knowledge of each participant’s roles and responsibilities.

To help to develop skills in all aspects of this trade, ESTP offers a certifying course comprised of 4 modules which will enable participants to rapidly become operational, over a short period of time, with the help of our expert lecturers, concrete examples and participant interaction.
