With its 6 campuses in France and more than 120 international partnerships, ESTP trains the future constructors at the heart of territories in transformation.
Rooted locally, connected globally, the school supports ecological, technological, and societal transitions in close alignment with the needs of local communities and higher education and research policies.
Based in five cities – Cachan, Dijon, Orléans, Troyes, Aix-en-Provence and Paris – ESTP develops a close relationship with local economic, institutional, and academic stakeholders.
Each campus is an open-air laboratory, directly addressing the practical challenges of sustainable construction, energy transition, urban renewal, material reuse, and innovative teaching.
This local presence also allows us to test innovative solutions close to the realities of the field, such as positive-energy buildings (BEPOS), connected worksites, and the use of eco-materials.
This territorial presence enables:
Strong partnerships with local authorities, companies, and regional clusters
(such as the Burgundy–Franche-Comté Sustainable Construction Cluster),
Campus des Métiers et Qualifications (CMQ) “Heritage Rehabilitation
Excellence” in Troyes, and CMQ “Smart Territory” in Dijon
Context-based training aligned with the specific challenges of each region
An active contribution to local development through research, employment,
and innovation
ESTP makes international openness a cornerstone of its strategy. In an era of
globalised knowledge and markets, it is committed to offering students and staff a
