Rates for the academic year 2015 - 2016

For a period of 10 months (from September to June):

from 4.450 € to 5.700 € rent according to the comfort (not including 25€ fees for the residents' union).

A deposit of 160 € has to be paid when you arrive. It will be returned when you leave.

Admission process

The residence accommodates students who are enrolled for a training programme at ESTP.

The rent is due for the whole academic year, from the beginning of the academic year to the end of June.

Students may check into the residence between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm from Monday to Friday and between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm Saturday after 5th of September.

To book a room, a student must provide:

  • the completed  "ESTP student residence application form" (download document on the side of this page)
  • two recent (preferably  colour) photographs
  • check or copy of the money transfer order for the payment of the booking confirmation fee.

These documents have to be sent to the international relations department of ESTP or to ESITC Cachan with the enrolment file.
The room reservation will be confirmed after :

  •  the complete file will be received
  • your enrolment at ESTP will be confirmed.

The residence management will inform the applicants of its decision. Once a room has been assigned to a student, he or she commits him(her)self to stay on campus for the whole duration of the academic year. In case of early departure or expulsion, the whole rent is still due.

All residents may apply for the French student housing aid (ALS). Applications will be centralized by the residence management at the beginning of the academic year.
