🎓 Student engineers: integration week focused on CSR and environmental impact
IT WAS THE 36TH COSI, THE ESTP INTEGRATION SEMINAR!
🙌 This year, COSI, our flagship integration seminar, took place over a full week for the first time!

From 11 to 15 September 2023, it was off to the races for our 750 future engineers!
After a warm welcome on the Cachan, Dijon, Orléans and Troyes campuses, our students gathered in Cachan for an unforgettable integration week.
The school and the sponsor of the class of 2026, Eiffage, are proud to support these future construction engineers. They will play an essential role in the development of the engineering and construction professions, in response to today's environmental and societal challenges.

📅 The programme for this integration week, which took place under the banner of CSR and environmental impact:
â–ª Members of the ESTP community welcomed the students.
â–ª An Escape Game provided an opportunity to familiarise themselves with the campus and discuss engineering solutions to climate challenges.
â–ª The Koh'lympiades with Eiffage took place.
â–ª The Fresque du Climat was launched to provide a better understanding of climate change and the actions to be taken in the professional world.
â–ª Laurence Mangenot, Director of the ESTP Campus in Dijon, introduced the "Team building" theme.
â–ª The "Team building sustainable construction" activity raised our students' awareness of CSR issues and environmental and societal impacts.
â–ª CSR awareness workshops (gender equality & diversity, disability, multiculturalism, safety) were organised in collaboration with our corporate partners.
â–ª The Careers Forum brought together nearly 50 of our partner companies, offering our future engineers the opportunity to explore the careers open to them.
â–ª The week ended with a closing evening at the Chalet du Lac, in a green setting, to continue exchanges with members of the ESTP Community.
